To sice nen\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1d \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 katastrofa, ale nen\u00ed to ani stoprocentn\u00ed jistota, kterou poskytuje pr\u00e1v\u011b vlastn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed. Bohat\u011b posta\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee jsou docela \u00fatuln\u00e9, nab\u00edzej\u00ed mnoho komfortu, pohodl\u00ed a rovn\u011b\u017e i bezpe\u010d\u00ed. Jasn\u011b, nejsou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9, co\u017e je asi jejich nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nedostatek. Nejsou vhodn\u00e9 pro velk\u00e9 rodiny, ale pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed rodiny s jedn\u00edm d\u00edt\u011btem vhodn\u00e9 docela jsou. I tak to bude sice nat\u011bsno, ale nikde nen\u00ed \u0159e\u010deno, \u017ee je nemo\u017en\u00e9 si n\u011bjak\u00e9 to m\u00edsto p\u0159istavit. N\u011bkter\u00e9 modely se daj\u00ed dokonce spojit dohromady a vytvo\u0159it t\u00edm jeden velk\u00fd jednolit\u00fd celek. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee n\u011bkdo nehled\u00e1 bydlen\u00ed, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e prostory, kter\u00e9 by mohl spojit se sv\u00fdm podnik\u00e1n\u00edm, m\u016f\u017ee mo\u017enost\u00ed mobiln\u00edch domk\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edt rovn\u011b\u017e. Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee v nich nejde postavit \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed hala nebo n\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho, ale kdo tou\u017e\u00ed po levn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch t\u0159eba pro sv\u00e9 men\u0161\u00ed kade\u0159nictv\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pot\u0159ebuje st\u00e1nek vhodn\u00fd k prodeji ob\u010derstven\u00ed, ten si rozhodn\u011b st\u011b\u017eovat nebude. A to nejen na cenu, ale paradoxn\u011b i na prostory.
